Don 't accept new Contracts one hour after Delivery time.
because they will fail immediately.
For 2 times a day contracts:
don 't accept new Contracts in the time from 9:35-10:36 and 20:15-21:16 .
For one time a day Contract:
don 't accept new Contracts in the time from 13:45-14:46 .
